Adding a pet shop section in website will cater the need of adopted pets.
2
It's preferable to show the pet to one doctor. So create an option where the pet can have an online consultation
3
People prefer pets from nearby locations to reduce the difficulty in going to the adoption center a lot of times
4
A section that shows resources, articles for people to read is necessary (educate people)
Meet Nikita, Anagha & other pet lovers
Consolidating the research & interviews, I created a narrative journey that centers around a Pet lover, Nikita. The goal was to better understand this experience, the potential pain points/opportunities for design

The colors are chosen by the colors that are closely connected to animals. the brown conveys wholesomeness and being grounded. Like all browns, it is also strong and honest. yellow is optimistic, playful, and happy. So I connected these colors to create something good, grounded, and gives an optimistic feel.
